MEET THE TEAM
Dale Smith
Company Director
Dale established the company in February 2013 having come from an extensive insurance background, having previously worked for some of the largest insurance broking companies in the country. He has over 10 years of experience in the industry and is committed to ensuring all his customers get the best service. He regularly revisits clients to ensure the products they hold are still relevant to them, by doing this he has built up a large base of clients who put their complete trust in his work. Dale is very much a people person and often spends 8-10 hours per day on the road visiting clients up and down the country.
Huw Martinson
Mortgage Consultant/Office Manager
Huw joined the company since April 2014, bringing an extensive knowledge of the mortgage industry to the business. He is a fully CeMAP qualified mortgage adviser and is currently working towards qualifications in Equity Release. Huw took over the day to day running of the office during 2015, enabling the company to grow and put new processes in place whilst training other staff to also become mortgage qualified.
Curtis Henry
Head of Administration
Curtis has worked for the company since October 2013, initially joining as an apprentice administrator and upon successful completion of an apprenticeship in business administration continuing on to his current job title. Curtis is responsible for the training and competence of all administration staff and integrating our extensive client tracking systems into the everyday working schedule.
