We will need the following documents during your appointment from you in order to process the mortgage;
- Proof of ID - Passport or Driving License
- Proof of Address - Driving License (if not used above) or Utility Bill (must be dated within last three months)
- Proof of Income - Latest three month’s payslips or 12 weeks / Latest three SA302’s if Self Employed.
- Bank Statements - Three month’s personal bank statements (these must show salary credits)
